Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.
Please note that during busy periods such as holidays, promotions, or product launches, processing times may take slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times within the UK:

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside of our control.
Shipping Carriers
We ship orders using trusted UK delivery services such as Royal Mail, Evri, or other reliable couriers depending on the size and weight of the order.
Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched so you can follow the progress of your delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or if items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the courier to investigate.
